The Company is engaged in the design and construction of high-rise infrastructure, comprising multi-storeyed residential towers, institutional/IT Buildings, hotels, hospitals, and mass housing projects. Shri Sai Constructions also forayed into the construction of hotels. Shri Sai Constructions undertook cumulative construction projects across 1 million sq. ft. for some of the biggest developers in India.

 

Shri Sai Constructions has been called upon to build the foundation for stronger, bigger, and higher structures. The spans pre-cast piling and jointed piling; cast-in-situ, driven, and bored piling, as well as soil investigation, soil compaction, diaphragm walls, grouting, stone columns, etc.

 

The know-how in ground engineering translates into impeccable vertical structures, as it has become necessary in major cities. It has also ventured into residential developments through joint ventures or on its own.
